Every day brings a different workout for a total of 21 unique workouts to keep you challenged and get you results faster. With the Real Time workouts, you’ll go on a journey with Autumn and the cast as they follow the program and see results in real time just like you. So what’s the difference between the two? The original has all the workouts that made 21 Day Fix a hit while the Real Time workouts build on your favorite moves with some added new ones.
